Do you assemble only Ikea furniture?
We assembly any flat pack furniture in accordance with or without the instructions provided.
Are you part of Ikea™?
We are an INDEPENDENT company, we are not affiliated or connected with any way
with IKEA.
What does your Workmanship Guarantee cover?
All furniture constructed by us will be done in accordance with the manufacturers' instructions. We provides a standard 12 month guarantee of assembly workmanship from the date of assembly. This does not replace the manufacturer's warranty on the product itself.
What Payment options are there?
We accept cash, online bank tranfer, Paypal (subject to 4% surcharge) and cheque supported by a cheque guarantee card.
I'm At Work Most Days. Can You Assemble After Hours?
We provide flat pack furniture assembly services 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm. We provide this flexible service at normal hourly rates.
Is it possible to fix my wardrobe or cupboards to the wall?
Yes, for safety reasons it is recommended by many flat pack supplier to fix wardrobe to the wall. We need to have the right fixings and tools for that, so please let us know when you place the order. We cannot however accept any responsibility for any damage which may be caused. Additional charges & T/C apply.
Estimated assembly time?
We will give you a time estimate so you can plan your diary.
Will the assembler remove the empty packaging?
Our assembler cannot take the empty packaging with them. They will however break them down and put them out as garbage for you. We will always ensure that the work area is left in a clean and tidy condition after completing your assembly.
Will You Remove Shoes On Carpeted Areas?
No. Due to safety reasons, we must wear protective shoes at all times. If you are concerned about keeping your carpet clean, please lay down protective sheets or rugs before our arrival.
