Professional Ikea Collection, Delivery and Installation Service London

To place an order, we request you to create an IKEA® shopping list and e-mail it to us. This helps us to serve you better by avoiding confusions and be efficient in our service. We will send you a precise quote for the job to be done. We require 35% deposit (We do not make any profit on IKEA® furniture – only a service) of the total amount of your IKEA® shopping to proceed with any order. We will then contact you to confirm order and that the items are in stock and confirm delivery. If, by any chance, the items are out of stock or discontinued, you may give us an alternative. The goods will be collected strictly based on the ARTICLE NUMBER or IKEA® shoppinlist.pdf provided. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the correctness of the order. nomoreDIYtorture cannot be held responsible for the same. Take proper care while placing order. In case of any change in order, let us know at least two working days prior to delivery date. If you did not hear from us within 24 hrs, please contact us again. It may be due to technical problems. We apologize for the same. |

Delivery |

Delivery is done on the next day we go to IKEA®, usually at 7:30AM and the last delivery is at 7PM. In case of any changes, you will be informed.
Our primary shopping centre is IKEA® located in Wembley. If, in any case, the items are out of stock, we do visit IKEA® in Edmonton to complete the order. For each order, we make a maximum of 2 attempts to collect and 1 attempt to deliver. We do not intend to make half delivery. If the items are still out of stock after a reasonable time, we will consult with you as to whether you wish to continue waiting or select alternatives. Delivery charges mentioned are for ground & 1st floor only. Additional £10 for every additional floor. In any case, the client is not at the location to take delivery or loading restrictions apply, re-visit charges will apply. * Zone A - £35 * Zone B - £40 * Zone C - TBC. Sometimes it may not be possible to arrive during a given timeslot. For various reasons like traffic, breakdown etc. nomoreDIYtorture will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by the client in such situations. Assembly |

Enough assembly space will be required to work efficiendtly and complete the job on time.
We will not be responsible for any defective goods inside the flat pack.
All Packaging is customer’s responsibility to recycle and dispose it safely.

Returns |
||
If any wrong item is ordered by the customer, the return/exchange can be made by nomoreDIYtorture at an extra handling charge. Handling charges for any returns (e.g. sofa - unable to deliver because of access restriction) will be minimum £35 or up to 7% or goods value. IKEA® imposes a 35% refund reduction on all returns and will NOT accept any returns without original packaging. This service is subject to a time limit of 3 months. |

Payments |
||
All payments must be cleared once the order has been delivered/assembled either by cash or cheque. Cheque’s to be made payable to “EXPRESS ALLIANCE”. Cheque payments can be made provided a cheque guarantee card is present and the cheque does not exceed the guarantee limit. Credit card payments can be made through PayPal subject to a surcharge of 4%. Pricing errors may occur. In such cases, the client will be notified by e-mail or text message and a revised quote will be sent. If the client fails to respond, the order will be treated as cancelled and the amount, in case part/full payment is made, refunded. |
